Shipping
We offer free U.S. shipping on every lamp through USPS or UPS. Each lamp is packed carefully for safe arrival.
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after shipment. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimate.
Returns
We accept returns within seven days of delivery. The lamp must be returned in its original condition.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. A $30 restocking fee applies per lamp.

Damaged Arrivals
If your lamp arrives damaged, please contact Ardin Studio through our Contact page with your order number and a description of the damage. We will help make it right.
